NEW: Prosser edges Othello

KENNEWICK — Dominic Garza’s 50-yard touchdown reception of a Jordan Durbin pass with 3:22 to play gave Prosser a 33-28 victory over Othello in a Class 2A quarterfinal Saturday at Lampson Stadium.
Garza also sealed the win an interception in the end zone with 20 seconds left.
The win puts the unbeaten, top-ranked and defending champion Mustangs (12-0) into the semifinals against the winner of Saturday’s Pullman-Burlington-Edison game. Othello ended its season 10-2, with both defeats coming to Prosser.
