Gosney scores ace at SunTides

YAKIMA — Jim Gosney sure needs to take good care of his 8-iron.

That trusty club has been instrumental in Gosney’s two career hole-in-ones, the second of which came Wednesday at SunTides Golf Course.

Gosney used the 8-iron to ace the 130-yard 16th hole at SunTides.

Jim Bourg and Mike Bogart witnessed this latest ace.

Five years ago, Gosney used that same 8-iron for his first hole-in-one, at Maplewood Golf Club in Renton.
