WV teams in exhibition

YAKIMA, Wash. — The West Valley High School girls swim team has challenged their male counterparts to an exhibition in an effort to raise awareness about their sport and support for the district’s upcoming levy vote.

The exhibition will start at 9:30 a.m. today at Lions Pool.

According to a parent of two girls team members, the future of the sport at the high school could be in jeopardy if the Feb. 9 levy fails.
