Self 18th in weight throw at UW

SEATTLE — Torrie Self, a junior from Kent, had the best showing of three Central Washington athletes who competed in the Husky Classic indoor track and field meet.
Self was 18th in the women’s weight throw at 50 feet, 31/2 inches. CWU’s Bryan Mack and Anthony Wright took part in the men’s 60-meter dash, but neither got past the preliminary round.
