I know you can only print what gets called in, but it looks like there was a mix up somewhere along the line. I don't recognize the team names listed above in the 3rd Grade Girls or the 6th Grade Girls brackets (we had a daughter play in each). The Road Runners beat WV Exterem in the 6th Grade Girls final, and WV Extreme beat Hoop Dreams in the 3rd Grade Girls final. Not a big deal, but the kids (and parents too) still get excited to read the names in the paper.

Thanks,

CWOO has enough talent to win every remaining game. The offensive coaching was the fatal flaw in this loss. Once the coaches get their act together and the players gel as a unit, this season will be as spectacular as the previous ones.

Yes. I checked on DyeStat (Now is EPSN Rise) Oh well, Washington State has 3 school from cross country: North Central (Spokane), Eisenhower (Yakima) and Henry Jackson (Mill) for Boys with Preseason in the national. And one girls school from Glacier Peak rank in 21nd in the national.

I knew Jim personally from meetings at motocross races from around 1965 and up, I raced with him at sunnyside raceway in the 60's and they had a stoplight for a starting systym, we raced at yakima speedway on the infield of the car track, we raced in monroe wa. on a sprint car track against the sprint cars, we rode bikes in the crater at orting wa. we raced at motocross tracks all around the northwest through the 70's with his brother Ron, who in later years when Jim raced professionally became his mechanic, and travled all over Europe and the U.S. on his Bultaco, I always knew him as a great competiter and a good person and I liked him a lot, and I will miss him.

I was honored to be a motocross racer during Jim's career, and raced against him many times at places like Puyallup, Monroe, Zillah and others. Stevie Baker was a very accomplished road racer, but raced motocross occasionally, and I beat him in a race in Bellingham. The only times I beat Jimmy were when he crashed or when he broke, and he was so hard on equipment he broke lots of things. He had a great personality and smile and I'm very sorry he's gone
