Rec Note: Dirt Dawgs 9-U takes 4th at state

YAKIMA, Wash. — The Yakima Valley Dirt Dawgs 9-U softball team placed fourth in the USSSA State Championships.
The Dirt Dawgs finished 2-4. They lost to Bellevue Gold 9-7, beat the Tri-City Venom 9-8, lost to Seattle Select 12-1, beat the Yakima Rebels 9-8, lost to Bellevue Gold 9-8, and lost to Bellevue Blue 7-5.
