Jordan Rodriguez
Sunnyside basketball, freshman
The Grizzlies’ first-year guard finished the regular season with a team-best 12.4-point scoring average and led the team to a No. 4 seed in the CBBN 3A district tournament.
Will Burgett
Prosser swimming, sophomore
The Valley leader in three individual events, Burgett won the 2A-1A district 100-yard breaststroke, anchored the winning 200 freestyle relay and placed third in the 50 free.
Andres Tereza
Highland wrestling, junior
A third-place state medalist a year ago, Tereza captured his second SCAC West district title at 120 pounds with a 7-5 decision over state-placer Juan Diaz of Zillah.
Brandon Broersma
Sunnyside Christian basketball, junior
The 6-foot-7 post recorded a triple-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 12 blocks against Trout Lake-Glenwood and averaged 14.3 points in the regular season.
